Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  3. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action within the legally required timeframe.

Repeat Infringers

The Calorie Curry reserves the right to terminate access to users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyright laws.
