Step 1: Preheat
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). High heat is key for crispy edges.

Step 2: Prep the Broccoli
- Wash and dry broccoli well. Cut into even florets so they cook evenly.

Step 3: Season
- In a bowl, toss broccoli with olive oil, paprika, chili flakes, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.Make sure every piece is coated.

Step 4: Spread on Tray
- Line tray with parchment paper. Spread broccoli in a single layer. Don’t overcrowd — this is important!

Step 5: Roast
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until edges are crispy and slightly charred.

Step 6: Finish
- Remove from oven and drizzle fresh lemon juice. Toss gently.
