Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Unsalted butter (Gives better control over salt)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (Finely minced or paste)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley (Finely chopped)
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt (Adjust to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder (Optional but recommended)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Equipment

  • 1 Small pan
  • 1 Spoon or spatula
  • 1 Knife
  • 1  Cutting board 
  • 1 Small bowl or jar

Method
 

Step 1: Melt the butter
  1. Place a small pan on low heat and add the butter. Let it melt slowly. Do not boil.
Step 2: Add garlic
  1. Add minced garlic to the melted butter. Stir gently and cook for 30–40 seconds until fragrant.
Step 3: Add seasoning
  1. Add salt and garlic powder. Mix well.
Step 4: Turn off heat
  1. Switch off the flame before adding parsley.
Step 5: Add parsley and oil
  1. Add chopped parsley and olive oil. Stir once and your sauce is ready.
