Step 1: Heat the Oil
- I heat olive oil in a large pot on medium flame.

Step 2: Sauté the Base
- Add chopped onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until soft.

- Then add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 3: Add Vegetables And Tossed Sausages
- Now I add carrot and potato. Stir for 2 minutes.

Step 4: Add Spices
- Add cumin powder, turmeric, and black pepper. Stir well.

Step 5: Add Lentils & Liquid
- Add washed red lentils and vegetable broth.

- Bring everything to a boil.

Step 6: Simmer
- Lower the heat and let it cook for 25–30 minutes until lentils are soft.

Step 7: Final Touch
- Add salt and lemon juice. Stir well.Garnish with fresh coriander.
