Step 1: Prepare the sauce
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, pepper, and water. Keep aside.

Step 2: Cook the chicken
- Heat oil in a wok on medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and cook for 4–5 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

Step 3: Cook the shrimp
- In the same pan, add shrimp. Cook for 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove and keep aside.

Step 4: Stir fry vegetables
- Add a little more oil if needed. Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds. Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir fry for 3–4 minutes.

Step 5: Combine everything
- Add cooked chicken and shrimp back into the pan.

Step 6: Add sauce
- Pour in the prepared sauce. Stir continuously until it thickens (about 2–3 minutes).
