Method
 

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2: Make the Glaze
  1. In a bowl, mix: Brown sugar, Maple syrup, Chili flakes, Black pepper, Cayenne, Smoked paprika, Mix until slightly thick and sticky.
Step 3: Arrange the Bacon
  1. Lay the thin-cut bacon slices flat on the tray. Do not overlap.
Step 4: Coat the Bacon
  1. Brush or spoon the glaze evenly over each slice. Make sure every piece is well coated.
Step 5: Bake
  1. Bake for 20–25 minutes until caramelized and slightly crispy on the edges.Watch carefully in the last 5 minutes so it doesn’t burn.
Step 6: Rest
  1. Let it cool for 5 minutes. The glaze thickens as it cools.
